My husband dropped my sled off to be serviced almost 3 weeks ago and now no one will return our calls, no one answers the phone in any of their departments, horrible customer service if you ask me and when can I get my sled back?? Awfully shady doing business like this!
In 2021, I brought my machine in for accent LED lighting installation. When I got it back, the sound bar had a constant, unavoidable thumping sound — even when the machine wasn’t running. After multiple return trips with no resolution, I took it to another Can-Am dealer and was told the amplifier was damaged, likely from a voltage backfeed.
