I had an hour long massage and it was decent. I was paying and the woman asked how much I was tipping or was I tipping in cash. I told her I'd tip on my card and told her the amount. Then I noticed they had a little sign that said I could pay with zelle, apple pay, venmo, or card which charges 3 bucks extra so I told her I'd rather pay with zelle or venmo and she looked at me confused (language barrier) then I asked for the number I could zelle the payment too but she ignored it and proceeded to swipe my card. Great place!! Great for couples. Left feeling so happy and comfortable
I had a wonderful experience with both the massage and the facial. The staff was welcoming, and the facility was clean and very relaxing. Unfortunately, the experience was soured at the end when I was pressured to increase my tip. While I am happy to tip for good service, I chose an amount that fit my budget. Being asked to pay more made me feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this practice, as it really detracted from an otherwise great visit."
