Ridiculous!!! They cut hours and now it takes even longer. I walked in and activated my prescription on Thursday. Came back Friday and have been waiting for over two hours so far. Got called up to the window twice to just be told they are working on it. Same day medication? Forget it. Its not happening.
The absolute WORST pharmacy I’ve been to. Last year i would usually be in and out in about 30 ish minutes. Today I went in immediately after an appointment at 8AM and sat there for more than 2 hours (the expected wait time) and still didn’t receive my medication. To add, there was about 4 people in the waiting lobby including me. I don’t know what is being done to manage the workload back there but someone needs to fix it because it’s terrible. DONT recommend, I’d rather go somewhere else and pay than wait and waste time out... read more
