Awful service, my order never arrived
Didn't deliver flowers to funeral..will get my money back!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! My wife and I had an absolutely horrible experience with this business. My wife ordered a bouquet (first picture) for our Monday wedding months in advance, and they told us we could pick it up on the Sunday before. She provided a picture and a detailed description of what she wanted specifically. 2 weeks before we had to pick it up, they told us that they were closed Sunday and we could pick it up Saturday instead, and the bouquet would live until Monday. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. They were not delivered till 6:30PM on Sunday night on Mother's Day. Bottom line if you have too many orders then you should not be allowing customers to pick dates that are to booked. If you can't deliver on the date specified then offer additional dates.
I am writing this review almost 2 years later due to the hustle of life. I went to my consultation with this florist for my August of 2022 wedding I brought along with me my now mother in law and husband, the shop was very welcoming and the staff was super friendly.
