Had a terrible experience with Seymour Florist. I placed an order on September 19 for same day delivery for my parents anniversary and the delivery never arrived. Since that was a Friday, I called on Monday to check the status and was told there was a problem with their online system and they had just received the request that day and would upgrade at no cost and deliver on that day, the 22nd. Stopped to get flowers and ther service was great and the arrangement was beautiful!
AWFUL EXPERIENCE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I placed an order for my mother for Mother's Day and was assured of same day delivery. Two days later she still does not have her flowers! I called to cancel the order and waited on hold for 45 minutes! There was absolutely NO EXPLANATION as to what happened with my order. They are not local to Seymour, TN. The order you place is managed by people in NJ and Delaware. TOTAL SCAM AND WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE!!
Ordered flowers for my nieces birthday. Never came and when I called to check on them the girl or woman was excessively rude !!! Birthday came and went and no flowers. Will never use them again !
Almost 6:00! Still no flowers and Judy was not helpful but only told me that they had so many orders! I can completely understand that, but don’t promise delivery if you can’t do it. I would imagine with this kind of service, they won’t have to worry about too many orders for long! Do not use this florist!
