Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. T... read more

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Dr. Payne always takes the amount of time needed to answer any questions I may have about my current problems.He is very friendly and knowledgeable as you would as expect from a primary care doctor.
