To ALL Elbert county residents and surrounding areas. DO NOT use David Seymour from Bowman Ga for ANY electric needs. He installed a heating and cooling system for my newly widowed mother who was not in great health, and took advantage. During the latter stages of the COVID OUTBREAK, I had hired this company (SEYMOUR ELECTRICAL & AIR CONDITIONING) to install a brand new panel box and miscellaneous lighting into my renovated home. I paid by the hour for his service technician to come out and do shiesty work. He seemed to stay the entire 8 hours running 12/2 lines to brand new lights that “didn’t work” somehow.
