Excellent product and customer service to match. Utilizing the tools they have available to learn to do your own installs is well worth the patience and after many years I've learned it can be downright dangerous to go to any shop Guitar Center or otherwise to have an install done. Excellent product and customer service to match.
Starting my morning with hate messages from a man named Tom Sundgren who apparently works here and whom I've never MET or interacted with is SUPER crazy. The fact that they hire someone like that is insane. Expect more one Stars on the basis that I believe that they have poor judgement.
