Our family has used Mr. Berger's legal services over the past 40+ years and have had an excellent experience every time. I have recommended Mr. Berger to several of my friends and they all have been very pleased with his legal services.
I utilized Mr. Berger for my divorce almost two years ago. Initially, his service was pretty good and the process seemed to be handled effectively. However, two years later, I am still waiting to have paperwork completed pertaining to my divorce settlement and he has been very unprofessional and unconcerned. I think that it is very unethical to be paid for a job that you have no intention of completing in a timely fashion.
