Melissa Nicoletta is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever come across. We went for a tour which she drove us around in the golf cart and was giving resident’s first and last names out and their places of employment and also slandering their names to us. Seychelles is a beautiful spot to live. Amenities and landscape are gorgeous. ==>However, I would not ever recommend doing business with Melissa: Sales rep on Site. She is a liar and very unprofessional. She tells everyone your private info (name /occupation). Once you give her/ Neal the deposit she completely treats you like trash. Request to work with someone else.
