I told them it needed a compressor. He said he needed to charge the system first ($300). He then said the compressor didn't turn on, so he spent 3 hours checking fuses. Fuses were good. This all took more than 2.5 weeks, still no diagnosis, and he didn't seem to be making progress. Now he wants to put it on the lift and see if power is being sent to the compressor. Maybe they are too busy but I thought I would make it easy for him at the start by telling him it needed a compressor.
Benny really has work with us. He's a good mechanic
Great guy, I went to high school with him. He would take my old rusty car when no else would. He was able to find what was wrong each time and hunt down the parts for it. I've dragged that car an hour up the highway to get to his shop because I trust his work and warranty parts.
