I called and spoke to the owner. Explained my situation and made an appointment for Monday at 2:30 for him to come work on my ac. He never called for my address. I called twice the day of the appointment, left voicemails with no response. my ac still is not working and I have been overheated twice. I won't be calling again for any ac work and I definitely won't refer them.
I can’t say enough about my experience with Tyler Seybold. He was very understanding of my situation of having no heat on a very cold day. He was able to diagnose the issue, fix the issue, and didn’t over charge me. He was very quick and friendly.
Tyler installed a new HVAC system for us, and it works great he's verry quick and does the job right. Seybold Heating & Air will be to only call I make.
Darryl and Tyler did great work initially on my house. However I had an issue with my unit two weeks ago. Called and was advised they would be out the same day. Did not show and have not replied to 4 calls, an email or message on Face Book. Very disappointed.
Very professional, honest and on time. Done a great job. Very highly recommended! Great people!
