Alex was so helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem as soon as said “my Ficus trees “. He did not let me finish my sentence because he knew what was going to be my question. This tells me he has the experience and knowledge to diagnose and treat the problem. He provided me with the necessary treatment to take care of the white flies that have infected my seven 14’ ficus trees. Thanks Alex
