I've been attending this clinic since it first opened in the One Life Centre. A few years ago it relocated to The Fens. I can't do online kits, my platelets are just too efficient and I'll go through all of the lances and not even manage 25% of the amount of blood they need for the sample! There have been a few isolated negative experiences, mainly when the service was still under Virgin Care, but on the whole it's been good. Don’t bother. Went to a walk-in as I was told I couldn’t book an appointment. Waited over 3 hours to be seen. Reception staff didn’t seem to care. When I was eventually seen, felt like what I was saying wasn’t listened to. Just don’t bother.

This service is fantastic from start to finish. Referred here by my GP through no fault of my own (boyfriend at the time drunkenly said he had cheated on me, which set me into full panic mode). Originally, the testing kit was ordered online. Very easy to do and order. Instructions of the testing were simple to follow, and it included a full SAE plus tracking number to return. Not a very nice clinic at all. Dr P was very abrupt and unfriendly and really hurt me while Inserting my coil. I have had 5 coils implanted in a 25 year period and never have I felt the pain like this time on insertion Her nurse assistant was in contrast very kind and caring.
