The staff were very friendly and what a wonderful old building! Any nerves were soon quashed. Update: I was told that I'd receive test results within 2 weeks but heard nothing so had to chase them up. Downgraded my score from 5 to 3 as a result.
I've been trying all-day to get through to make an appointment and noone isn't answering my calls, it's ridiculous, just typical ( Thursday 1st May 2025 )
