Really helpful friendly people. Everything felt very professional and respectful, we're lucky to have a service like this in our community. Only thing is they're clearly overworked
Absolutely appalling. The lady on the phone was rude and showed no empathy whatsoever. Was no help at all and ended up really upsetting my partner!
Can only make appointment by phoning, no online option which is useless for people who are unable to talk on the phone
Three times my implant removal appointment has been cancelled. Not good enough. Not impressed at all.
