Fantastic service! After being on the waiting list for coil removal at my own GP for 2 months and still getting no where I booked in online at the sexual health clinic. After filling in the form I had a message from them a few days later asking me to call to book in, and I had my appointment booked for a week later. They did offer me to have it done that day! I have to commend the staff here and the services provided. It was super easy to book and I was seen to very quickly. Appointment was prompt and thorough and honestly super nerve calming. I came in to get my implant removed and was worried about the pain but the doctor I had was AMAZING!! Super welcoming and friendly and she seemed very knowledgeable about what she was doing which made me feel very comfortable. Amazing team here, very supportive and easy booking.
Today I visited the podiatry clinic today. The 2 nurses that were sorting out my infected nail problem were kind and patient as things didn't go as planned. I ended up being in there much longer than my appointment. I was in a-lot of pain and scared but their patience really helped. I am very happy with both nurses. Thank you for your help.
Why can't you do a walk-in service? All this make an appointment or get a home test. That is not satisfactory. People don't want to have to wait go back to the way it used to be where you could just walk in and get seen
