Incredibly kind and helpful!
Managed to get an emergency copper coil fitted today (I had called to enquire with the hospital the previous day), the lady at the reception was lovely and welcoming (which really helped because I'm the super anxious type-and was a little embrassed about needing emergency contraception). The appointment happened perfectly on time, and the doctor and nurse who fitted the coil were amazingly reassuring, kind and professional throughout.
