I went on the 9th of January. The only reason I'm giving this a 3 star is because the nurse and consultant were very kind and helpful. But the doctor I saw before the consultant was very dismissive and she didn't listen to a word I was saying and she was constantly putting barriers up. Overall she just had no interest in helping me. She kept insisting on retesting me when I had already been tested and I was clearly having some really nasty symptoms. They made me take an Uber and wait 3 hours sitting down, to tell me that I don't need to get vaccinated for hepatitis B, a huge waste of time
All the staff were really friendly. I had Jo she was amazing she made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Great place, was seen on time, by gentle and very professional consultants.
