Had my Nexplanon Birth control implant procedure done here. All staff were very welcoming, kind and supportive. Had available appointments for the following week to insert the implant after our initial consultation. As someone who struggles with going to medical professionals I felt they were very supportive and helped calm my anxiety. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for sexual medical advice or procedures.
Absolutely lovely staff. Very thorough and kind. They are gentle and make you feel safe and ease your anxiety. I love that the bathrooms have condoms of all sorts and tampons. Would recommend (:
Went there to get things figured out and was treated amazingly by the doctor, and nurses! They were very understanding and took so much care of me and when they were discussing treatments they were very understanding and empathetic to makes sure I was okay!
Poor over the phone service
I have never been treated with more respect or care. Despite the typical experience my IUD removal was quick and nearly painless, and every step was explained to me before it happened. All the members of staff are extremely knowledgeable and respectful, and despite my high level of anxiety put me at ease. I cannot reccomend this place enough!
