Never answering the phone. It’s ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF & no matter how many times you leave voice message nobody calls you back! Why do you even exist??

Don't bother calling as they won't help you in an emergency of a crisis told to wait till April even though my gp told me I could die if I don't get the help I need from them. Absolutely disgusting
