I highly recommend SHIPS Psychology! Laura, has been incredibly helpful, kind and compassionate. Each therapy session was a very comfortable experience, and I felt I could always openly discuss things with her. The admin team are so organised with telehealth links and communication. Booking appointments is so easy and love the option of telehealth! - Was very handy. Thank you Laura and the team at SHIPS Psychology!
After just 3 sessions with my psychologist I was informed (in session so I had to pay for it) that my psychologist was leaving the practice. The 3 sessions were over the course of a single month so I find it hard to believe he was completely unaware of his time at the practice wrapping up. What a waste of my mental health care plan.
