All the staff are fantastic. I had a male nurse who said he was new but you would never had known. He was so professional, incredibly considerate and empathetic.
My experience this afternoon was such a positive one. Was seen by Clare and she was SO lovely, she had great energy and just made me feel so comfortable, absolutely zero judgement. Really grateful, thank you! 🫶🏻
Came all the way from Hove and found someone to look after my child. Needed the implant removing after months of hormonal issues only to be told its only under 25 on a weds I checked the times on google maps before i left the house and it did not mention this AGE RESTRICTION. Despite my pleas i was turned away. And i just burst into tears on my way out
Whenever I've been here they have been so so judgemental. During my last visit the nurse I saw made a remark about how "I go there often". Like girl, sorry I don't want to cause an epidemic in Brighton??? Shouldn't you be happy I'm regularly getting tested so that you don't wake up one day to a line of 40 men at your door? They really need to fix their attitudes.
