I hadn't had an eye exam in years and Dr. Hovander was patient, supportive and gave clear communication and counsel on my diagnosis, and next steps to improve my vision.
This is my second time coming to Sexton Vision Group, my first experience was exceptional. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the experience I had today. We arrived 4 minutes late to our appointment and the front desk guys tried to gaslight us saying we arrived 15 minutes late to our appointment. We waited an hour and 15 minutes to get seen and the front desk guy kept being passive aggressive repeating we are going to take care of the family that showed up on time first.
