Install was great but responsiveness and follow up when things go wrong are pretty hit or miss. He replied and came out quickly once then no response from two other emails. I had a heat pump installed and we have had trouble getting the thermostat wired correctly so my system never calls for aux/emergency heat, is almost always running at second stage and often runs 16 hours a day when it’s cold because it can’t catch up They did come out once but then stopped replying to my email last year. Overdue review for this excellent small business company. Can't say enough about Patrick and his colleague who upgraded our furnace and vent & duct systems. Sexton Heating & Air was recommended to us by a close neighbor who had their new HVAC system installed by Patrick.
