They have came out on repair calls quickly and do great work. I liked the service enough that when it came to replace my heat and air conditioner I bought it from Shane. Also a heater for the garage. Thanks for the great work!

They won't honor their warranty of labor for a year and wouldn't figure out the problem of which another says they didn't have the right duct work and then had obstruction on top of that ,and they lied and lied and lied told us parts were ordered then months later said oh its something else and said that trane wasn't cooperating with them cause they don't want to fix the units cause they ain't what they use to be. I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone. Especially older folks that they can take advantage of.

I called Sexton's Heating and Air to troubleshoot my a/c unit which was running nonstop, but not cooling the house. They came out within 3 hours and discovered that there was duct work under the house that had come apart and was the root of the issue. Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.
