They sold me a car with a bad tourque converter. It happens I suppose...buyer beware... I'm getting ot fixed but it will cost me quite a bit for a complete rebuild. A month so after the sale I replaced the rear tires because they were worn out and creating a loud hum and became unbalanced since sidewalls were weakened. They do not prep or properly service the cars before the sale. I paid enough $ for this vehicle that it should have been 100% when I bought it.
Hunter was an amazing salesperson from start to finish! He was great through text and even more welcoming in person. He made the whole process comfortable and easy, and I really appreciated being able to test drive the 2019 Kia Optima before purchasing.
