Poor communication, spoke to them about two months ago after they got about a qtr of what my bike was worth in property damage after it being totaled and refuse to call me back after several times reaching out at first it was ok they was communicative that’s why they getting two stars instead of one now I haven’t heard from in months and none of my hospital bills have been paid which is screwing my perfect credit wouldn’t recommend
Lisseth was absolutely amazing throughout my case. She was very professional, kind, and always made sure everything was taken care of so I didn’t have to stress or worry. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and truly made the process smooth and easy. Knowing she was on top of everything gave me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend working with Lisseth — she really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and get the compensation you deserve.
Totally a joke !!!!! I was warned they are there for a pay check . Or return any calls what so ever always making excuses ! And don’t care about the client all about how much money they can make and drag their feet . Very un professional & rude . And when you call them out about not returning any calls & im not just talking one many ! They get rude just very un satisfied do NOT RECOMMEND.
