Office in Rockford is awful. Brackets fall off a week or two after being placed. It's been 5 months and my daughter has had to miss for half days of school and I've had to miss hours on work because they will not fix a bracket after 2 p.m. Over changing me. I get a statement from my insurance every month saying they should be charging me $50 a month less than what they actually are. I definitely should have shopped around.
