I read another review and could not relate more. Chelsea missed some huge issues I was dealing with regarding past Trauma and PTSD from an abusive relationship. I finally am seeing a counselor who immediately recognized the trauma and is giving me proven tools to overcome it instead of glossing it over as if it was/is nothing.
