What a horrible company. I had bought a hot tub less than a year ago The 1 side started pooling water slowly and got worse and worse will it cracked I sent very clear pictures of it pooling and then when it finally busted and they said how do they know I didn’t crack it lol. So basically once there crappy product falls apart it’s because you abused it. Then she was like I can sell you a new 1. Like I’m going to buy a product with a 1 year warranty that didn’t last a year only for them to not cover it.
Picked up, nice people, hard working, it’s professional and truck drivers shouldn’t worry coming here.
