I was most impressed with my visit to Sewing Machines Plus today. Felix went out of his way to service my Sapphire Sewing machine promptly. Laura and Maria were knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. Thank you.
I have bought several machines from Sewing Machines Plus and now a longarm and frame plus robotics software. They are always professional, wonderful to work with. If they say they are calling you back, they will. I messed up an order and they fixed it with correcting order to straightening out the payment. Great company!!
I purchased a Juki HZL-G120. I had it 4 days and when I got it out of the box I noticed right away it didn't run smooth. The tension was all messed up. When I investigated the bobbin area it was clear this machine was a returned item. There was red colored fuzz like material in the bottom of the machine. when I called they said it was 20% restocking fee.
If you are like me, you want to learn how to use your machine and watching a live demonstration is helpful. I purchased a serger because I was assured that they had classes offered. The very next day, they canceled my enrollment because I purchased online. This was a ZOOM CLASS!!!! They are also charging me a 20% restocking fee. Do not buy from this company if you are looking for support.
