I’d give them 6 stars if I could. I discovered Sewing World at a Quilting Expo and they made a lasting impression with how kind and knowledgeable they were on sewing machines. When I decided it was time for a new machine, this was the first place I came to, and I’m so glad I did. I called to have a Singer Esteem “tuned” up - I was disappointed to hear that they wouldn’t even take a look, the answer was basically no. The machine is only about 5 years old and was barely used (it was a given to my daughter by a friend).
