I had a machine only a month old they tried to say i was using it industrial told $200 3 weeks jad a warranty not homod had to ship to jamsomd called a Heifer i will nevef be back and nor should you bought 3 machines in my life time here never again.
Thank you Randy and Dave for calming down an old lady… for looking at a machine you do not service. And giving me a honest answer to its problem. I truly appreciate it… and I will be back for that brothers machine and I will be confident in knowing that no matter the issue (if any) me and the machine will be taken good care of
While I don't go often, I go when I really need to go, mainly to get my machine serviced and pick up little odds and ends.. I will go to Sewing World as long as they are still in business. I love these guys. I know I will lose something special the day they close, if they ever do, and I will not know where to turn. I am grateful for their knowledge and willingness to assist in all things sewing where they can
Very knowledgeable very nice and honest they care about your needs and they have all the brands I have and love. Not a high pressure sales which I appreciate and they are here to stay thanks Stacy and Randy y’all are the bomb
Brought in an older machine we thought was broken. Repair person showed us it wasn't broken. Very honest, I would trust them with anything sewing machine related. Great service.
