I am so thrilled to use the Janome HD3000 that Randy recommended for this beginning and motivated sewist. His decades of experience helped him set me up w the right machine. Randy was helpful w tips and tricks for successful sewing. He was professional, engaged and engaging. He made sure I left w the needles and feet that I’d need for the work I’m doing. Should the need arise, I will again drive 380 miles RT for his expert support and service.

Great customer service, the guy who helped and fixed my machine knows his stuff I can tell even if it did loud like Charlie browns teacher cause I'm new to the sewing world, but I explained what I was doing and he told me even thing I needed and should do. Thank you

This is my go-to DFW store for sewing machines. I have bought 2 machines from them and they are the only place I trust to work on them.

I’d give them 6 stars if I could. I discovered Sewing World at a Quilting Expo and they made a lasting impression with how kind and knowledgeable they were on sewing machines. When I decided it was time for a new machine, this was the first place I came to, and I’m so glad I did.
