Excellent service, friendly service, knowledgeable in their service. They know so much of the issues users are having by just asking a couple of questions. They have always resolved my issues (with my machines). Will continue to keep them as my machine experts!
Can't recommend this place enough! With Joann's gone and other big-box stores like Michael's a real poor substitute I figured I'd check out a local place. Best decision I ever made. Their selection is excellent, they have everything you need for a given project and their staff are so kind and helpful. Prices seemed high but I was satisfied with the pressure feet I bought.
I had a machine only a month old they tried to say i was using it industrial told $200 3 weeks jad a warranty not homod had to ship to jamsomd called a Heifer i will nevef be back and nor should you bought 3 machines in my life time here never again.
