I have bought two sewing machines at this location, the second one just yesterday!!!! The people are incredibly friendly and so very helpful! I love the greetings I get when I enter and the unsurpassed help and guidance with every silly question I may ask!

I recently purchased a Janome sewing machine at Sew Vac City Warehouse in Conroe TX. James was so helpful and took his time answering all my questions and going over the function of the machine. I definitely would purchase from here again. If you need a new machine see James. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

Everybody at the store are very helpful and will solve any problems you may have. They will take the time to listen and solve your problems. James, Tricia, and Tammy are very nice and helpful

I came in to trade in my old sewing machine for a heavy duty one that could handle my denim quilt that I’m working on. Janice and James were quick to help and very thorough in answering all of my questions. I am the proud owner of a brand new Juki! I will be returning for all of my further sewing needs!

I took my 12 year old machine in for service and came home with so much good information about the Janome Skyline S7. Called the next day with some questions about the Skyline which were answered completely. Jumped in the truck and headed to the store, where I got a really good show and tell from my sells person Janice. Hands on experience made up my mind, and I took home my new Janome Skyline S7. The next day at home experimenting with my new machine, I was thrilled with my decision.

I had a very informational Floriani workshop with Kathi Quinn on February 28th. The teacher was great! She answered all my questions and showed me easier ways to digitize my quilting designs.

I have been going there since 2016 when Sara was there. She knew everything about all the machines. Bought my Janome S9 there and love the machine. There is 1 Lady that works there, she is not pleasant and is very short with me. For the past 2 years I have avoided going in there because of her. Now taking my machine else where to be serviced for warranty. It's sad because it is a great location and the place is great.
