I purchased a Bernina 790 after that purchase the service was good I received guide classes and skill hub. I returned and purchased a Bernina L 890 I was told I would get the Skill hub it was being ordered, I did not get a guide class as expected. My calls have not been returned after leaving messages. I like the Bernina brand and own 4 machines now, but have found these dealers to be less. I will do my service elsewhere.
