I recently had my embroidery machine serviced at the Sewing Basket. The turn-around time was short, and my problem was addressed in short order in the Brother authorized service center. The store itself is simply delightful, filled with beautiful fabrics and threads, a selection of Brother sewing and embroidery machines, and all the notions and supplies you could possibly want.
