This practice has wonderful doctors, but the supporting staff is awful. The receptionists are repeatedly difficult to work with, inappropriate and resistant to problem solving. I was told by the receptionist that my 18 year old son “will have to start school without his medication” because they were short staffed & unable to see him. I could not believe how she spoke to me. It’s a shame because the doctors are fantastic.

We waited over an hour to see the doctor. My son's appointment was 4PM. I received text message to ask us to be at the office 10 minutes earlier. We got there at 3:45. My son was not called by the nurse until 4:55. He didn't get to see the doctor until around 5:10.

Really bad experiences with the staff at the front office both in Sewickley and Wexford practices. I will not go back. They just lost 2 patients!!

We've been going for 6 months! Our baby has seen a few doctors, but we prefer Kaniecky and Schwartz. The doctors have always been great. Polite. Thorough. We're always able to get in as needed!
