We had a really great experience all around with the Sewer Surgeon. We had 3 other plumbing companies look at our broken main sewer line, and no one would ever call back or give a real estimate or seem interested in helping at all. Called Sewer Surgeon and Aundre came out about 30 minutes later and we had an estimate that same evening and the problem fixed a few days later despite a snowstorm. Communication was amazing all throughout and I can't say enough good things about our experience with them.
I would highly recommend these guys! They are friendly clean and do really good work. I love how quick they are able to schedule someone out as well as how they send a photo and name of the person coming to do the work. We have had them out to replace our toilets twice and also to replace the hot water tank. They have been very good and are quick to answer any questions we have.
I would recommend this company. They are so nice ans sweet. Thet did a wonderful job. Thanks so much.
