The plumber was polite, professional and tidy and the office staff were very friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. As tenants we don’t have a choice of which company to use however our landlords definitely made a good choice this time!

I got an extremely quick response from Sewer Surgeon, and 15 minutes later a plumber had arrived onsite. Extremely concise communication and the work was done in a flash. Bhum, the plumber, went above and beyond in his timing and expertise. He cleaned up the kitchen and bathroom after as well ! Really well worth engaging with Sewer Surgeon, and heard quick and great for communication.
The service was great and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.
