I had a nice gentleman Bing come on the Friday who was friendly and let me know what to expect was very professional. Also on Sunday they sent out a second gentleman name Mitch and also very professional let me know his thoughts and also just did a temporary fix till my landlord made up his mind. All around this company employs some great workers and they deserve a huge round of applause from me. Thank you Bing and Mitch for all your help.
We had a problem with subsidence in front of our house that we thought might be due to drainage, so we called Sewer Squad after finding them on Google. They sent a drain specialist, Bing, who was very patient & professional. He showed us the problem with his camera: there were a couple of breaks in our old clay pipe where soil and gravel were being washed away from the yard and were starting to fill the pipe. Well organized scammers !!!! I called them for a quote for a clogged kitchen sink - to snake it. Josh came for the appointment. As he walked in, he asked to see the WHOLE house, upstairs, main floor and basement. I said yes but did not understand why? This took 1/2 hour. Then he went to his car to prepare 3 packages for pricing. This took 20 min. He came back and started with package "A" for pricing, THE CHEAPEST $6,000.00. Mitch was extremely professional and presented a few options to me thoroughly. There was no pressure to pick any specific one. I opted for the top service with the confidence knowing the work was guaranteed Once he was done, he ensured the work area was clean and then did a walk through and checked the plumbing throughout the house. I will definitely call on them again for future plumbing needs!
