There aren't enough stars to describe my peace of mind and satisfaction with the repair. During a home inspection I had a sewer scope run and sure enough I had about a 2 foot break in my sewer line. I called a number of companies and was offered a range of repair options. I called sewer pro and they were the only company that proposed a Trenchless repair. When your sewer line is broken, you want it fixed fast, by professionals, and hopefully at a reasonable price. Sewer Pro took great care of us on all measures. Their team is organized, professional, and on time. Their hydro-excavation technique saved us thousands of dollars because they were able to use water to dig up our sewer line in a very narrow area between our home and our driveway instead of bringing in a backhoe and destroying our concrete driveway in order to access the sewer line. After getting a frighteningly high estimate to repair our sewer line from another company, I asked Sewer Pro for a second opinion. Tom, the owner, came out the next morning and set my mind at ease that excavation wouldn't be necessary and we'd be able to get our pipes relined so they'd be practically good as new for about half of what the other company quoted us. Tom was fantastic! He advised me on what was needed and what was not. I had another company out before him who told me I needed much more work done but Tom showed me why that wasn't necessary, much to my relief. I will definitely call Sewer Pro if I need these services in the future. Highly recommend.
