I never thought that I would be feel so good about a plumbing adventure. My toilet had been slowing over a several week period. I plunged and snaked with no success and was resigned to pulling the toilet. Within hours of my call, Randy showed up, located the blockage with his camera and removed the root ball from my outside clean-out. Seeing that I was interested in what he was finding, he took the time to show me the camera feed several times. Great experience and highly recommended.
