John Jacobson is the best. I contacted him to install a shower head/hose combo in a bathroom and he responded promptly with an appointment availability. In the meantime, I experienced issues with 2 outdoor faucets and a broken t-joint in my sprinkler system. When he arrived for the scheduled appointment, he made time to address all of the issues, which I appreciated.
