I phoned Sewer Detectives early on a Sunday morning. JP answered, not an answering service, the owner of the company. JP came out and was able to get our sewer main cleared and draining. We made a plan and Sewer Detectives came back and removed a majority of the roots that were causing issues and add new clean-outs. JP is very responsive and got back to me in a timely manner. He is on the job with his crew which gave me peace of mind to know what was discussed was what was done.
Highly recommend JP and Sewer Detectives. We had a sewer line break and he responded quickly and layed out all options for us. The repair was done quickly and efficiently and the cost was very fair. We will definitely call on him again if the need arises. Thanks for a job well done!
Can’t say enough good things about JP. Was able to come out on short notice. We needed a sewer scope done on our house due to a home inspector not being able to access the main line. JP came out ran his scope with no issues, got me the video and statement I needed to satisfy a home buyers needs. Great guy to talk to and knows his stuff. They will give you the best in water related and sewer system maintenance, fire prevention, location, up to building codes, placement of septic systems, et al. For decent pricing, talk to them soon.
JP and his team went above and beyond. Not only did he save us money and give us tips, he also had such an amazing personality and demeanor that calmed the situation and myself immensely. Words do not do justice when i say how thankful we are for him and his team. He truly turned our week around and honestly saved us so many more tears and headaches.
