Came to fix hit water leak. Now I have no hot water in my shower. It's been almost a week. They said they would call me back the next day to schedule someone to fix it AGAIN. Been a few days and I'm not getting a response.
We got a free sewer inspection. The company communicated very well with us, letting us know several days in advance who would be coming and when then let us know when he was en route and Ihor was great
Matt was a pleasant person on his visit. We are waiting for the estimate of repair to our sewer. I will post later how that went and if we used them.
Excellent follow through on the service. Offered recommendations to fix our current problem in terms we could easily understand.
