Although I ended up not buying a vehicle from Sewell this time, I wanted leave a positive review as my experience with Arnie was excellent. I reached out to him from across the country to inquire about a truck they recently took in on trade. I am completely disappointed with Brent, Ashlin and their team at Sewell. We purchased a truck from them on August 18th. We picked it up on August 19th because they needed to have additional keys made. Upon arrival around 6pm, the keys were still not made in which I had to wait an additional hour to leave with the vehicle. We drove the purchased vehicle not even 50 miles before having issues with it and the check engine light coming on. Super nice people that care about people and who want to do good business
The worst experience I ever had reason being the sales person told use the wrong price on a expedition then we went to test drive a GNC Yukon half way thru the drive we ran out of gas having my baby with no ac waiting for the other person to show up with gas. We seated down to review the price on the expedition and there he gave me a $8,000 price difference then he gave me at the beginning.
