This dealership does not even answer the phone when you call it’s extremely surprising someone like myself trying to buy a car as well as a part for another car and I can’t even get through. I would not suggest this dealership.
If I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership less than 2 years ago and we are already having to take it in for a second time for a major service issue. Customer service department here is basically non-existent. Anytime we try to get the vehicle serviced here we are told it will take a month or longer to get any repairs or inspections completed and are not even offered a loaner replacement (they always say that they are out). Daniel Hathcock was an excellent salesman! He knew what my credit score was, along with the trade in I did. Even calmed me when I was extremely nervous doing this alone for the first time. Him and the dealership worked with me to be able to get into a 2024 Ford Maverick! High recommended them!!
