After about 2 years of owning our XT4, we were having this weird issue where the vehicle would not remember seat positions between me and my wife. Since we had purchased the vehicle from Crest Cadillac in Frisco, I reached out to them to fix this issue under warranty. They tried but could not fix the problem. FANTASTIC! I’ve been to other Cadillac & GM dealerships and no one compares to the excellent service at Sewell Cadillac grapevine. Rick in service dept was so helpful, personable (even on a Monday morning!), and efficient. I feel like I can trust Rick & Sewell Cadillac which is a huge relief.

Such a great place! Great customer service and their communication is outstanding! Used to take my Caddy to Frank Kent but after keeping my car for 22 days (and not having loaners available) because waiting on parts, I started looking elsewhere. Grapevine has loaners available and only took one day to fix my car. My rep stayed in contact with me and I had my car back before I knew it!!
