Good luck getting your vehicle into here for service unless it’s a recall. I have a truck with a bad transmission (STILL UNDER WARRANTY) and they said I can’t get it in til October… it’s July. What are people supposed to do?! I’ve bought multiple trucks for my business from here and apparently that doesn’t make a difference. Go with Ford if you have a chance, at least they can support your vehicle.
Clint has outstanding customer service! Every time I’ve had a question about the service, he’s gone above and beyond to provide answers and assistance. He’s always quick to respond, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The team is fast, reliable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and professional service.
Today is November second. I pulled in to the service department, told the Tech that my headlight is malfunctioning. Hi-beam, low-beam, DRL, and sometimes the signal, too. The response: “well, we could schedule you for some time in February.” 3 months. 3 months until you can LOOK at my headlight? my HEADLIGHT!! GTFO!
