Professional, honest and affordable service, great experience every time.
I was charged $300 for a diagnostics fee for them to tell me what I already knew. I provided them with a print out before they looked at my truck. The manager insisted that their machines were more advanced and that they could give me more detail and blah blah blah. In the end their print out was the same as mine. I want my money back!
I’m on my second vehicle purchase from Sewell. The buying experience was great both times. However, the service following has been disappointing to say the least. My current experience being beyond frustrating. My Tahoe started experiencing major problems while on the highway and was not drivable. When I called Sewell to see when I could get my car in and they told me not till sometime in January of 2026. This was the second week of December. To start, I have bought my last 3 vehicles from the Sewell family of dealerships so thought I deserved a little help with my problem. Back in October had small problem with my 24 Yukon Denali called to get it in. I was told next available spot was January 27th 2026 WOW! But I understand everyone is busy and shorthanded. Fast forward to today December 16th and I’m getting close to the end of my 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty.
