The clear coat started to fail on my BMW nearly a year to the date of my previous repair with Sewell BMW. Once again I reached out to Derek Merchant regarding the issue. I have his direct contact information from last year, and again he responded immediately. He did want to have my car back at the collision center to diagnose the issue. I had a car in their center that was processed on a claim. I dropped another car off that I was paying cash for where some small damage had been done to the lift gate and the bumper from a garage door. When I was told the car was ready, I found out that the bumper was not included in the original quote/estimate. I never was given the option to include or not include the bumper.
