I worked with Joe C. to get a bumper repaired from a hit and run and was paying CASH. Initially I was told it would take approximately 4-6 weeks to repair the damage. However due to minor damage the vehicle was ready within a weeks time. (So I thought). My car is brand new (2025), hardly driven (~3300 miles). I've had a good experience, and a bad experience. After taking 6 months to complete what I would describe as medium damage to the front end, we finally got the car back in the fall. They missed a very important issue that revealed itself in the spring; the 'doors' that control hot and cold flow were stuck on hot, i.e., when I turned on the air conditioning, I got hot air. Dillan and his team are very professional and communicate well they thru the process of repairs. I was very satisfied with the final repairs in my BMW, it was put back together like new. I highly recommend this collision center!

Did a phenomenal job with the repair, my agent was super nice and professional and the repair was done in a timely manner however, I found a pair of used retainers (green case) in the center console space which I usually keep closed. This is disgusting. Whoever test drove the car left their retainers in my car!
