Paint touch up on right side front 2 doors. Completed in 3 days. Replacing 2 sight side door window glass, going on 3 1/2 weeks and not completed yet. I’m thinking problem window glasses, was told a total of 4 glasses delivered, but all were scratched up?????? That’s the story I’m getting so you be the judge .
Visited the new location on the 18th of March 2025. Think first day opening. Nolan went over and beyond helping me giving someone hit my husband BMW IX. Nolan is the most respectful gentleman ever. Although things went beyond the estimated for repair, he definitely did his best to keep me informed. I have been in the insurance industry for about 20 years now, and I am very particular and meticulous when it comes to my vehicle. I brought my vehicle to this location after having schedule issues with a different company. I have to say…. I have never been so impressed….. From the way, I was greeted at the front door, to the thorough handling of my vehicle and repairs, to even the pick up. This shop lead by Jesse Sanchez did an amazing job repairing my hit; back door, left rear quarter panel and rear wheel, 435i Grand Coupe. When I traded it in almost two years later, was transparent of repairs, where it was done and the trade in value was very good. Kudos to Jesse and this group for running such a transparent, honest and precise operation. Absolutely no hesitations to come back and let them engage again. Thanks team!
I had an unfortunate swipe with my garage on my right front bumper this morning . Upset is an understatement. The kind gentleman at the BMW Service told me everything was gonna be alright, because the Sewell Collision Center will fix everything! That is where I met Nolan Willmon. I was frantic, he was patient and knowledgeable. He fixed up my scratches on the spot less than 5 minutes, all appeared to be minor cosmetic blemishes. Thanks Sewell Grapevine BMW Team!!!
